J.D For Sr. HR Executive
1. Managing the entire recruitment process including the onboarding process.
2. Maintaining employee records, files, letters, documentation, etc.
3. Managing the leave & attendance process in Spine software.
4. Responsible for end-to-end payroll processing in Spine software.
5. Manage employee separation processes, ensuring final settlements as per the policy.
6. Ensuring timely performance appraisal reviews of employees as per the policy.
7. Complying with all statutory laws, and conducting statutory audits on a timely basis.
8. Reviewing and updating all HR policies from time to time as and when required.
9. Responsible for employees' personal accidental and medical insurance policies and co-ordinating with insurance advisors
Preferred candidate profile
Graduate in any discipline with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience in managing all HR functions.
Should have a strong command over written & verbal communication in English along with good exposure to advanced Excel.
Should have knowledge of payroll/salary, PF, ESIC.
Should be a permanent resident from Mumbai & have accommodation here.
